You can contact Forex4Noobs by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Forex4Noobs receives a lot of emails, so before you send an email please read the FAQ's below before emailing us. If your question is answered in the FAQ you will likely not receive a reply!

Q. I bought the course and bookmarked the course page. When I try to revisit the course page I receive an error. How do I access the course?
A. To access the course simply go to the forum page, sign in, look for and click on the little red ‘video course link’. It is in the forum navigation bar under the 'Blog' button on the main navigation bar.
Q. I bought the course. How do I access it?
A. To access the course simply follow the instructions in the answer above. However, if when clicking on the link you are redirected to the buy page please use the contact form below and I will give you access manually. In the email please include your forum username and your PayPal receipt number. If you do not have a forum username please sign up to the forum and send me your username. You need to be signed up to the forum to access the course.
Q. I bought the course and downloaded the videos but cannot view them. How do I view them?
A. The easiest way to view the videos is to download a free custom media player. You will find that windows media player is very limited as to the files it can play. A great free player is GOM media player. Download this media player and use it to watch the course videos.
Q. I bought the course and am trying to watch the videos from my browser but cannot view them. How do I view them?
A. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Most computers will already have Adobe Flash on them it sometimes just needs to be updated to the latest version. You can download the latest version here.

A. The Forex4Noobs course is only available via download it does not come on DVD. To access the course please follow the instructions above..

Q. I Lost my forum username and password. How do I get it back?
A. Simply go to the lost password recovery form and enter in the email address you used to register to the forum. Hit the button to request you username and password. Your username and password will be emailed to you.
If you are no longer using that email address than your only option is to register a new forum account. I cannot see or give you your password.
Q. When I try to recover my password I get an 'email address not recognised' error. How do I get my password?
A. Your only option is to register a new forum account. You are likely not registerd to the forum just the blog email notification list.
Q. I get blog updates from Forex4Noobs but I cannot log into the forum with my email or recover my password?
A. You have likely just signed up for the mailing list which is separate to the forum, to register for the forum please follow this link.
