To view the downloaded webinar files download VLC media player. It is a free, light weight media player and it 100% spyware free, you can download it here.
Please check your junk/spam mail box and make sure the email is not in there. If you are using a desktop mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird you may need to log in to your webmail client and check the junk box there. If an email has been marked as spam by your web client it may never reach your desktop mail client.

Forex Clock Questions
We are happy to consider any feature requests you may have. If you want a new feature added contact us and we will let you know if it can be added.
The Forex clock uses your computers default local time so it is reliant on your computers time settings to be right.
There are two possible reasons for the clock not displaying, either you have javascript disabled or you have an outdated internet browser.
Javascript Disabled
If you have javascript disabled please enable it to view the clock.
Outdated Browser Software
If your browser is outdated you may need to update your browser to the latest version. Update links for popular browsers below:
