Away On Vacation

Posted by Fetor 10 Comments

I’ve been hitting the Florida beaches over the last 2 weeks and will be gone one more week, so for those who have emailed me about my whereabouts, I was in Bonita Springs last week and will be heading to the east coast and will be in Daytona next week, but will be back trading the following week. With my kids out of school, summer is a down time for me, but I hope all of you are finding improved trading as the year progresses.

We are looking forward to finishing the year strong at forex4noobs, be sure to catch Nick’s recent posts about the site.

As far as trading goes, just keep working the plan. If you find yourself lost in the forest, do not panic, return to the basic principles of the market and move forward. When you get that disoriented feeling, do not keep adding on. More information will not magically make you trade better. Return to the source and hone the basics.

Take care.

I like the way you use the term ‘vacation’ instead of head hunting. Have fun, happy hunting and remember the sea tells no tales.

      Dylan,

Thanks for the “best wishes”, and the barbacoa de cabeza humana was delicious!

Have a splendid time at Daytona and if you’ve never been St. Augustine a little bit north is a wonderful place for sightseeing. Gotta love FL

      Djalizwan,

Thanks. I have been to St. Augustine many times. It is a great place to hang out. Always a treat to catch a movie at Pot Belly’s. That place is such a dive it’s worth the experience. My wife and I once rented and took a motor scooter out to the lighthouse. We had to wear these white helmets that made us look like we were straight out of the movie Spaceballs. That scooter was so slow we had traffic backed up all the way across the bridge over the inter-coastal.

I really enjoyed St Augustine when I was there. It is a mix of truly garish with some great historic places. The old Spanish fort is well worth the visit. And as Fetor says the local dish barbacoa de cabeza humana is worth trying out. But hurry the current supply is facing deportation. So Fetor did you see any Cubans floating on a Haitian?

      Brian,
Great to hear you are seeing some improvement. Be sure to go to my blog as you will find videos there that help fill some of the gaps. We had a great time in Daytona. Weather was phenomenal and the water was perfect.

    -lose weight my friend!

(besides that. This really gives me a flashback to the movie Dumb Dummer with Jim Carrey)

      Patrick,
I had the throttle maxed out! Those things only go so fast so I don’t think that extra cannoli mattered.
