This Weeks Trades

Posted by Nick 12 Comments

Hey Guys,

Who took this week’s trades?

In my last post I gave two short scalp line triggers the 170.40 and the 166.00. Both trades had a target of 50 pips and a stop of 50 pips. Both targets were hit and both trades were successful!

So this week’s trades:

+80-100 pips (depends of course on your entries and exits)

Who grabbed these trades? Leave a comment and let everybody know how you did!

Thanks nick – captured 100+ pips with your system!! The pound has tanked recently–are you going to do another analysis on valid S/R lines?

Hi Nick. It was interesting to watch you trade. I did not take it at all. Your first inclination was NOT to take it either. But something in your experience level changed and you recognized correctly that it WAS a good trade. I know a trader who took over 1000 pips from the gu for example. And he also has GOOD INSTINCTS! I have not developed a feel for this at all and so being an observer is best for me at this time! This is the first time I have actually seen and heard you do a trade and it was wonderful. I hope you will do it again sometime! Thanks again!

Nick i took the second short of 166.0
However i was kind of late into the game. I believe it moved about 60 pips down before coming back up, and then eventually tanking.
My question is, when do you consider it too late to get in?
Theres no hard set rule for you im sure, but just wondering if you have a guideline
    e.g. 20 pips or so.

    Nick,

I made a total of 95 pips from the break of both of those scalp lines (47 pips from the first and 48 from the second) . I got out early from the first break because my baby was crying but had I stayed in, I would have made more. All in all they were great trades! Thanks again.

    Nick,

I missed 1 of these but from what you taught me about S+R I just took a 50 pip trade off of GPB/JPY!

    Thank you!

  • Dankje

the first 1 I jumped in a little late but still got 35. The second I was bright awake and got 50 pips.

I also felt that I had to jump short in the eur/usd when that broke the 1.3000 for another 30 pips

    115 pips

    thanks Nick
