Hey Guys,
Just wanted to let you know that we updated the Forex clock. It now is (as far as I can tell) the best Forex clock on the internet. It gives you even more information than before. The clock automatically detects your computers time and uses it to tell you at exactly what time each session closes in your timezone. Check out the changes now and enjoy.
Please make sure you have your computers clock set correctly. On windows the computer clock is usually on the bottom right corner of your screen and you can change the setting from there.
I must admit, I became a successful trader without a trading plan. I also ran this site for 2 years without a plan. And in my life I plan next to nothing. I always thought that plans were useless and that I did not need them….. I was wrong!
Your Forex journey will be much easier and much more successful if you have a proper plan in place. However, very few websites tell people how to structure a trading plan. And no website I know of actually shows you an example of a REAL trading plan.
The fact is I could give you a 1,000 page essay on what a trading plan is and how to write one. However, wouldn’t it be so much easier if I just show you actual plan?

Every self proclaimed guru out there tells you how a money management plan (mm plan) is essential. They tell you that you will fail without one and some even try to show you how to write one. However, very few (if any at all) give you an actual example of a real mm plan.
Well since I am a real trader, I write mm plans routinely. So I am going to explain in detail how to write a proper mm plan. And after I explain it I will link you to a PDF with a sample mm plan. Even though it may seem slightly complex to start with this type of plan is very simple. It is also less than one page long and it has everything it needs to structure your trading.

Hi Guys,
Wow over 170 applications this time (not counting the 80 I got via email). I will try and keep this short. What it came down to is somebody who stood out from the rest. Most people said something like:
Passing on the knowledge by the mentee becoming a mentor is certainly is a noble notion. However, countless people who entered said pretty much the same thing. There is no guarantee it will happen and it doesn’t make you stand out.
When I was 14 I went for a job at the video store. In the interview the store manger said to me “Tell me about yourself”. With what I thought was a stroke of genius I said “well I am a movie buff I love films”. She smiled and replied to me “That’s what everybody I interview says”. Needless to say I did not get the job. I didn’t stand out, I was just another guy spouting off some rehearsed line that I thought would impress. So in the new year when I pick the next two students keep that in mind. You need to stand out not blend in.
Ok so who did I pick this time….
My first pick was Elijah (Ninja-Wannabe) from Canada. His comment really stood out to me. Probably because I love movies, pc games and cooking. To be honest the desire to be able to do the things I wanted like PC games, movies, martial arts and whatever else is what drove me towards Forex. It seems like Elijah wants the same things so I picked him.
