Hey Guys,

Yes I still make trading mistakes! This was a bit of a silly one, I opened a short trade knowing that there was a very significant area of support just below my entry. What is even more ridiculous is that the line was at 133.30. That is the very same level of support/resistance I harped on about yesterday. I should know better….

Even though I do not start full time trading for 2011 until next week I gave into temptation and took a GBP/JPY reversal trade. It was a flawless trade and it resulted in a +40 pip gain. I could have made more pips but since the exit happened at 1am in the morning I closed out and went to bed.

Technically speaking, this is not a live trade video. (I started shooting this video after midnight. By the time the trade was triggered at 6:45am I was sleeping. So this trade was auto-entered by an entry order and auto-closed by an exit order. I still spent time explaining why the trade would work so I thought I would post it.

Hey guys,

I know how much everybody loves these live trade videos so I shot one today.

This was a great trade. However, it was a little tough and I didn’t end up hitting target. In this video you see something new though. You see me using the 15 min chart to manage my trade. This is a new way to manage trades that I have only begun doing recently. thanks tot he 15 min, I managed to pull pips from a trade that if taken on the 4hr would probably not have worked out.

Especially with current market conditions it is getting tough to get a full 70 pips on a trade. So I have started monitoring my trades on a 15 min chart. This allows me to spot possible reversals in the trend and get out before the price reverses and hits my stop.

This reversal trade was an awesome example of my utilization of the 15 min chart to trade the 4hr chart…. enjoy!

This trade sucked. It broke the line and it looked very good to start off with but the further the trade progressed the more erratic it became. Once I saw the reversal candle on the 15min chart I closed this trade out….. check out the video:

Hey Guys,

I have started trading EUR/JPY recently. I am not doing analysis for it since I am only testing at the moment but so far its going well.

This was a pretty good trade I got a late entry so I ended up making 22 pips which is 8 pips shy of the 30 pip target. Either way it was a profitable trade. Check it out:

Hey Guys,

I have decided to start shooting live trade videos again. This is my first one, it was a GBP/JPY short scalp trade on the break of the 133.28 scalp line on the 19th of December.

You may notice I took the break of 133.28 and not 133.60 even though 133.60 was the actual scalp. The 133.28 showed heavy support on the 5th of December. For this reason I thought it would be a better idea to wait for that support area to be broken to enter the trade.
