thanks for all the info and the videos that you are posting. They are of an enormous value to me (and i believe to many others)!

What times of the day is best not to trade?
I know that you mentioned when the news go out is best not to trade.. But when are those exact hours that can affect the market very much or reverse the trend unexpectedly.
