These sound BOFFO - they would go over sooo well well in my house. I'm going to give these a test drive.
I've been looking for an excuse to experiment with phyllo pastry. I was going to give spanakopitas a try (always trying to use up baby spinach), but the prawns sound fabulous and much more along my line.
