Its early in the trading week, with only Asia/Oceania trading, and there
will be plenty of chances for everyone as the week progresses.

I dont usually start my trading week until tonight (Oceania time).

Its not a indicator. I'm just manually drawing then with the meta trader rectangle tool.

If you leave a small rectangle of each colour somewhere
on your charts you will be able to duplicate it at will.
Highlight, CNTRL and left click hold and pull
(Example the gold chart here now).
