Hi all

Just a quick note to introduce myself to everyone on this great site.

I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand and at the moment the biggest challenge is the lack of sleep as I try to follow Nick's method through the London market time frame!

Well that and the negative reactions from my family .. I appreciate it is risky but you'd think I was at the casino all night

Good to have another Kiwi on board. Enjoy the site/chatroom and learn from some excellent traders.
Using Nick's method you can just set price alarms and get back to your pc when these go off. Its not so hard and there's no need to be in front of the pc all hours. In fact, Nick is based in Sydney so time zone wise we are in all in the same boat so to speak.

Hopefully catch you in the chat room at some point.

Thanks Wombles and Rich for the welcome and the alarm tip. I will work out the software and get them set up for a trade.

I have been into the chat rooms a couple of times but feel a bit overwhelmed to be honest. I know it's a site for noobs but there are a lot of clued up people on here and I've got many stoopid questions to ask. Will pluck up courage and take the plunge

Have also been trying to follow Synapse's 30 min scalp strategy with disastrous results. Lucky I'm on a demo account.

So much for a little one to learn!

Thanks Wombles, nice to have your encouragement It's been a while since I have felt so out of my depth so it's great to feel "safe" enough to ask anything.

I do have a question about the daily range indicator that Nick often talks about. Do you have to be using MT4 to have it? My guess is no because Nick uses DealBook I think .. so where does he find this?

I am trialling DealBook and MT4 so downloaded Nick's 200DayDailyRange.mq4 file (found in the Meta Trader & Expert Advisors forum) but when I tried to open it Firefox could not find a programme to open it with.
