Understanding Leverage
Here are few threads that help communicate what leverage is and how to think about it. Remember that leverage does not have to do with how much you risk. That is up to you. Leverage is what allows you to risk more with the capital that you have. Just because you are able to risk more because your broker gives you higher leverage does not mean that you should. You should always maintain wise and consistent money management percentages when trading.
