Speaking of Cooking
I was at someone's house the other day and they offered me some stew. Normally me and stew aren't that tight. This stew though... man too good. Anyway, I asked the guy:
"what's the secret ingredient?" -"beer." "BEER? What kind?" -"crappy coors light." How swill from the rocky mountains was making this stew taste so damn good is beyond my comprehension. Here are the ingredients: 1. Beef (I think it was pot roast) 2. Onions (I seriously think he just threw the onion(s) in whole) 3. Potatoes (Chopped... duh) 4. BEER (hell yes) 5 Some seasoning (He had no idea what it was called) That's it. Enjoy! |

wait, so the bread is the bowl? sounds like it could get really messy. Also, I'm thinking about making the brew stew with some other type of alcohol like wine or maybe kahlua. Any suggestions?
