Out of sheer curiosity, what was the reasoning behind choosing your handle name. According to dictionaries, fetor is an unpleasant smell.

1. A native or inhabitant of Denmark.
2. A person of Danish ancestry.

But really it's just my first name...

What's the story behind everyones forum name?

Ok, seeing as Dane told us about his Forum name I'll tell you about mine:

It's a nick name I've had at work for about 10 years now....

When I was new to the company we used to be allowed to heat up food for lunch etc, so one day I had got myself a takeout "Rogan Josh", just finished plating it up and whilst I was on my way back to my desk, someone came racing round the corner and knocked the whole thing over my clean white shirt !!!

Very embarasing to say the least for a "new boy" - Anyway since that day "Rogan" stuck with me..

I`ve got this nickname for about 12 years. I think of it from dead rapper Jam Master Jay and because of "J" is first letter from my last name.

My nickname is "rasta" to some of my friends and I used to use it as my online name for a while before people started getting the wrong idea. In 1971, I decided I was going to live off the land in the hills of Jamaica. Got the dreads and and the surfer tan and all that. Ending up getting deported and when I came back I got rid of the dreads and the only way to do that is shaving your head. Which my friends thought was the funniest thing in the world hence the nickname.
Which reminds me of a joke;
Jimmy Carter was overheard complaining to one of his friends. "I used to be a nuclear engineer-you'd think people would call me doctor, I used to be President of the United States-you'd think people would call me Mr. President, I won the Nobel Prize-you'd think people would call me Mr. Nobel Prize but nooooooooooo, you f**k one goat...

lol...that's right, it's an offensive odor. I just use it because it amuses and entertains me. I actually am a clean person and I smell like Old Spice antiperspirant.

Not many people know that it is a real word.
