Dealbook 360 and Vista Ultimate
I mainly use GFT for the Dealbook 360 charting but I have an issue that occurs once in a great while and I wanted to see if anyone has a recommended solution.
Occasionally I will have an interruption to my cable internet and my GFT Dealbook 360 will not reconnect as I assume my internet has not reestablished a connection in time before Dealbook stops trying to reconnect. Of course this usually happens when I am not at the computer and causes me to miss some trades because my alarms never trigger. I contacted GFT and they did not have any recommendations. Is there any possible way to set Dealbook 360 up to try reconnect for a longer period? Or is there possibly a way to set a repeating alarm to sound if the connection is lost? Thanks James |

Not sure of an answer to your original problem.
However, like Olby said try using sms alarms... When you set an sms alarm they are set directly from GFT rather than audio alarms that only work if your charts are open and connected.
