Although the administrators and moderators of Forex 4 Noobs Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Forex 4 Noobs Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of Forex 4 Noobs Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Forum Rules

1) No Advertising
If you make money through any kind of Forex service you are NOT permitted to use this forum unless you are given prior approval by a moderator. If you use this forum to promote a service either overtly or covertly you will be banned with no exceptions or warnings.

2) Racial, Prejudice and Sexist remarks
Racial, prejudice and sexist remarks are not welcome nor tolerated on this forum. Users caught exhibiting these types of behavior will be permanently banned, no exceptions.

3) NO SPAM!
Forex4noobs does not tolerate spam for any kind of Forex services or for free Forex sites designed to collect email addresses. Any posting of a site that is selling a Forex product without prior moderator approval will result in a permanent ban. The moderators have seen it all and no matter how creative you are you will not trick them.

4) Rep before Links
To reduce spam Forex4Noobs now requires all users have a minimum of 50 posts before they post links to certain types of Forex sites. Any site that is selling products or collecting emails is not allowed.

Chat Room Rules

2) No Racial, Prejudice or Sexist remarks
Racial, prejudice and sexist remarks are not welcome nor tolerated in this chat room. Users caught exhibiting these types of behavior will be permanently banned, no exceptions.

3) Do Not Post Inappropriate Links
Posting any inappropriate web site links (including YouTube or other video links) is not allowed and will result in a temporary or permanent ban depending on the severity. Websites deemed inappropriate include but are not limited to violent, pornographic, and racist websites.
