FXCM MICRO PROBLEMS

Just had my FIRST questionable situation with FXCM MICRO. I don't know if I can add more in the future, but I certainly will if more suspicious situations occur. Lets say this thread could be a problems section for this dealer.
This particular problem is that I had a limit order placed. The usual spread for this dealer on USDCAD is 2.0 to 3.0 Right when my limit was "hit" the spread became almost 5 pips - 4.7. You can look at the charts. One is of the spread window. The spread is the small number in the middle of the box. Another shot is of the BID view of the chart showing my limit well passed by 3.7 pips. The other shot is of the ASK view that shows the same candle - at 16:59 eastern time - not moving at all to my line. We are to watch the ASK chart when a buy limit on a sell order is in place. Is this typical or can we not depend on ONE chart - the BID CHART - to watch our order close. I like watching my orders but this one I had to go out for a while and had to place the limit.
