Book
I know Nick said books where generaly bad but there is a book by Raghee Horner that hits on all points that Nick does. it is called "Forex trading for Maximum Profit: The best kept secret off Wall Street" I recomend y9ou check it out and compare it to what Nick says. I find it very close.
