Ghuznee's Journal

Right it's about time I did a journal.

a) It will give me discipline and focus.
b) A good way to track my trades and keep tabs on everything.

I am 30 years old. I initially became interested in the forex market in February of this year. This stemmed from a work collegue introducing me to the stock market and the concept of swing trading. I've always been interested in it, but always held back due to the general publics negativity towards the markets.

So since that time I have learned a lot. I was initially one of those people that jumped in without having a clear grasp of what I was doing. I had about 700NZD$ in my first account and long story short I ended up with 200$ in the account after a couple of months. Way too eager and a lack of understanding of my trading platform. Times when I thought I had closed out, only for it to not be closed out etc...

Anyway after that episode, I decided to take my money out of that account and have a break. Just watch the forex4noob website, soak in the ebooks and videos on offer and look at things from a fresh perspective. I'm now ready to become forex trader.

I will be trading, almost exclusively GBP/JPY currency. I will use the Nick method and FA's method. I will keep things simple and not over complicate things. I will get myself completely in tune with these 2 methods. I will consider another currency when the GBP/JPY is going through a ranging stage. I will start with $750 USD. My target is 100 pips a week. I will be vigilant of the market round the clock and I will set alarms for when I'm sleeping.

By the end of the year I want to have at least $5000USD in my account.
I want to get out of the rat race and I want to live the life that I want!! I want the freedom to do things like travel, photography, hobbies without the 9-5 symdrone holding me back.

I will use this journel to write done what I do and my results.
Thanks guys and thank you Nick. This site is fantastic and so many supportive and educated people here. I really appreciate it.

You get out of the rat race by having your money work for you through passive income.

22/7 60 Pip loss using the FA method. I don't know it well enough to be using that method. As I went in fairly blindly, without looking at other factors. $690USD

Never ever use real money to test a system for the first time.
